Program Dates

• TKC will be closed June 19 and June 30 - July 4

• Current families: Online registration opens February 4 at 6 a.m.
• New families: Online registration opens February 11 at 6 a.m.

Registration Fees (Non-Refundable)

• $35/child or $50/family annual registration fee
• $100/child activity fee (summer only)

Preschool rates (includes students entering Kindergarten in 2025-26):

• $55/day

School age rates (entering grades 1st-7th in 2025-26) 

• $49/day

Before school rates (6:45-8 a.m.)

• $12/day - Consistent Schedule (2 day/week minimum)
• $13/day - Pick Your Days Schedule (8 days/month minimum)
• $15/day - Drop-in (additional day you were not scheduled for, if space available)

After school rates (3-5:45 p.m.):

• $20/day - Consistent Schedule (2 day/week minimum)
• $21/day - Pick Your Days Schedule (8 days/month minimum)
• $25/day - Drop-in (additional day you were not schedule for, if space available)

Schedule Options

A) Consistent Schedule for families who need the same weekly schedule

• Summer- A minimum of 4 day per week required.
• School Year - A minimum of 2 days per week required.

B) Pick Your Days Schedule for families who need a varied schedule from month to month. 

• Summer - Minimum of 36 days for the session required (80% of session); dates must be pre-selected at the time of registration. These dates can be updated or modified through May 16, 2025.
• School Year - Minimum of 8 days per month required. Pick Your Days schedules MUST be submitted via your online account by the 20th of the month prior to the upcoming month (i.e. schedules for October must be submitted by September 20). If your schedule is not submitted by the 20th, care will only be provided if space is available. Vacation credits, refunds, switching of days, or credit of any kind will not be given once the schedule is submitted.

 
C) Drop-In Care this option is ONLY available to families currently enrolled in TKC who need additional care on a day their child is not regularly contracted for. Drop-ins will be accepted as space allows. Advance drop-in requests should be submitted online via your Eleyo account. If you are requesting a drop-in within 48 of when you need your child to attend, please contact the Tiger Kids Club Coordinator to see if there is space available.
